Q: Why does the amendment increasing employer credits from 50% to 100% in Section 102 not apply until tax year 2022?

Section 102 needs to be enacted for tax year 2021.

@mattswider @techradar If you can add it to your cart, but cannot complete the purchase before it sells out, keep it in there. I added it last round, but it sold out before I could check out. Today I couldn’t add it to my cart on my phone, but went in my cart on my computer, and it let me check out.

@BoilerUniforms I’d assume it’s based upon head to head as the first tie breaker with same losses. If so, another W wouldn’t matter. If win percentage is the first tie breaker, then IU got hosed.

Either way seeing that it’s 2020 a Northwestern vs. IU title game would be very fitting.
