I do not post on social media often, but once again I must. Due once again to @OctopusEnergy, I pay this so-called energy supplier monthly. The payment was taken out of my bank on 21 June, it's now the 25 and it is not showing on my payment balance. Holding my money why ??

@RSDUK can anybody help, this will be my first @RSDUK how are the records priced. As they are limited will I have to pay more than the usual price. Or can the store charge what they like? Will I get ripped off?

@OctopusEnergy has just transferred me from Shell Energy, what can I say total rubbish. the worst customer service. in 2weeks I have been billed 3 times, once for just one day. tried to chat with customer service, but did not want to know. need to find a new supplier.
