Software engineering, a haiku:

fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck
fuck fuck fu-oh hey it works
wait, no - fuck fuck fuck

Just spent 30 min debugging only to find that I imported useSelector from react instead of react-redux🙃 Have a good weekend y'all!

[Therése @theresebarmer]

@sf__flo It went really well, thank you!

[Therése @theresebarmer]

I have a tech interview today for a frontend position, at a company I really like. But having spent the last 7 months coding in Python and C(with no frontend work whatsoever) makes me feel like a junior again. Hoping I remember enough to pass the interview😬

[Therése @theresebarmer]

@oluwapeluumii @asiedu_dev I enrolled at a web developer programme at a vocational college, and combined that with online classes(since not everything was covered by the programme). I have also continued learning by reading docs and watching Youtube, Frontend Masters etc.

[Therése @theresebarmer]

@DThompsonDev At 36 I graduated from a 2 year long web developer program, so started learning to code at 34.

[Therése @theresebarmer]

@gurlcode Been there, more than once. It's ok to feel like that from time to time.

[Therése @theresebarmer]

@liatrisbian Been there...more than once😉

@florinpop17 3 weeks, then I started working in a ReactJS project. Wouldn't recommend it, it would have been beneficial to have gotten some more experience with JS before working React or Angular.
