The Afghanistan Freedom Front (AFF) claimed that its fighters carried out a coordinated ambush on a route leading to Zebak District in Badakhshan Province, targeting a group of foreign terrorists aligned with the Taliban. According to the group, the individuals were travelling to the area to take part in operations against AFF forces.
