In the final part of our profile, find out how sexual-misconduct allegations eventually cost Wright a consulting business that brought in more than $2 million a year, and the breakup that triggered his fall. https://t.co/n9hIf68JoJ https://t.co/n9hIf68JoJ
More than 550 members of the antitrust community have now signed this statement. Together, we can make it possible for all members of our community to study and work with dignity.
@AntitrustWizard@LouisLi21044822@Bobdadawg@B1349821B@ChristaLaser@adiveland@georgemasonlaw I’m sure you will not be surprised to hear that the story he told about the firm is a wildly different version than reality. He made himself out to be an innocent bystander who was having to deal with unnecessary associate drama for which he didn’t understand the cause.
@Bobdadawg@B1349821B@ChristaLaser@adiveland@georgemasonlaw I believe he saw us as his legacy to antitrust. Unfortunately, lines were crossed and blurred that should never have been. Poor decisions were made. Women were taken advantage of when he wielded power to affect their future. And now questions will be asked about our credentials.
@Bobdadawg@B1349821B@ChristaLaser@adiveland@georgemasonlaw Awards should have been given for top grades. What I will say in defense of the women (and men) he selected as RAs / sought relationships with, each is an incredibly talented and smart individual, and I believe would be just as successful today without him.
@B1349821B@ChristaLaser@adiveland@georgemasonlaw Grading was—or should have been—anonymous at Mason. I never took a class with JW, though, so I can’t speak to what info, if any, he gave students for exams.

And yet, *nobody* could do *anything* until two women stepped forward and now face a $108 million lawsuit for bringing this to light.
What are we even doing?!?
