Hey @Pluckers — not your best night. We visited for our son’s 25th birthday (party of 8 incl. a small child). Food took forever, fries/tots arrived cold, and my wife watched our food sit for ~10 mins. Manager comped her meal but a 20% auto-gratuity stayed despite bad service, and our server laughed about it. Really disappointing birthday experience. #dobetter #badservice #notokay
