🚨BREAKING: “Nampa Man” arrested in connection with alleged sexual assault and kidnapping in Star has been confirmed to be an illegal alien by the Department of Homeland Security.

Eireann Van Natta, Local Government Analyst for Idaho Freedom Foundation, confirmed details with the DHS moments ago. 29-year-old Jose Alberto Lozano-Flores, who was booked into Ada County Jail on felony charges related to lewd conduct with a child under 16 and first-degree kidnapping is in fact an illegal alien.

According to the DHS press release, “Lozano-Flores illegally entered the US through New Mexico in 2023. He was encountered by Border Patrol agents and agreed to voluntarily return to Mexico. He then illegally re-entered the country at an unknown date and location.”

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has sent a detainer asking Idaho officials not to release Mr. Lozano-Flores.

Authorities allege that Lozano-Flores sexually assaulted and then kidnapped a 15-year-old girl from Freedom Park in Star and brought her to Quinn’s Pond in the Boise Greenbelt, which in recent weeks has become a hotbed of alleged criminal activity perpetrated by illegal aliens.

A 29-year-old man was arrested yesterday at Quinn's Pond in Boise for kidnapping a 15-year-old girl and sexually assaulting her.

Jose Lozano Flores allegedly abducted her Wednesday evening while she was paddle boarding and held her against her will over the course of a night.
