@HIMIWAYBIKE your rewards banner covers the cookie policy pop up making it hard/impossible to close. Presumably you can’t tell as this means GA won’t load. Overall though … too many banners. There’s one at the top also. This UX cannot be doing your conversation rate much good.

@FoxesAfloat There’s a Netflix documentary (Stutz) that captures some of what I feel I needed (and initially didn’t get). It’s all about a therapist and his unique method. I don’t relate to all of what he says but a lot makes sense to me. Action, directness, hope and useful tools.

@FoxesAfloat I tried a therapist 18 months ago and didn’t find it useful. She spent too long assessing and I needed action/hope/directness. Luckily, I was getting leadership coaching at work, that person saw what I needed and helped (super direct / no bullshit).
