This is Tomlin’s resume. It’s on him. This is his vision for the team. And it doesn’t work. His loyalty has become a detriment to playing meaningful, winning football.

This year makes it even more frustrating because, as I said before, this year is completely open. There are no dominant teams. Yet, we don’t feel like one that’s in contention.
