At Housing Finance Bank , we remain committed to transforming Uganda's agricultural sector, and today we celebrate our ongoing journey of supporting farmers, agribusinesses, and rural communities.
At the launch of our partnership with the Government of Uganda (through the Ministry of Finance) to finance large-scale private commercial farmers, our Managing Director, @MugabiMk, emphasized that the funds provided through this initiative are specifically allocated for production purposes, rather than trading.
“We encourage all large-scale farmers to utilize these funds. With access to these funds, they will be able to expand their operations, improve yields, and contribute to the overall growth and development of our agricultural sector.” He said.
