There is more than one person with that name and that would cause an even longer delay trying to ID the right one.
Its easier and quicker to have a unique number that will link straight to this guy.

Im sure my son did this for a day off school. Little did he realise it's a few weeks off school! Poor boy has been bored stupid and only did it Thursday. Just waiting on the good old #NHS to book him in to repair it. Sat at home like this in a sling!!
