@spigen $30 for delivery to the UK is day light robbery. $60 for the case is a push in the first place.
Shame. If they had it at a uk stockist I would have considered it!
🚨 Bought AirPods via @VintedUK, shipped with @InPostUK. Tracking shows contradictory scans, then nothing.
InPost confirmed parcel was never collected. Vinted refuses to escalate, citing policy.This isn’t a delay — it’s a failed shipment. #ConsumerRights
@InPostUK You as a company have not declared the parcel as lost. I am completely within my legal rights to contact you in regards to this. Until this is marked as lost on the tracking, at that point it goes over to vinted. Terrible services and shame on you.
@InPostUK@InPostUK If buyers aren’t meant to contact you, why do you provide tracking and phone support? Your depot confirmed the parcel was never collected. That’s not Vinted’s issue — it’s yours. You can’t offer tracking, admit loss, then deflect responsibility.
@InPostUK If you had of taken responsibility earlier I would not have had to turn to social and wouldn’t have been contacted by a fake account. It’s funny, their engagement was very customer centric! Maybe they could provide some training.
@InPostUK I spent hours chasing this.
InPost staff agreed the tracking looked wrong.
Now they want to refund the seller — but if the item was never posted, that’s a false claim.
@VintedUK still refuses to act.

@InPostUK After 4 calls & a WhatsApp convo, @InPostUK admitted my parcel was “lost in warehouse” & offered a refund.
But tracking shows drop-off, warehouse, & courier scans all at once — depot said it was never collected.
This isn’t a delay. It smells like fraud.
@InPostUK My complaint has been raised with vinted, your teams worked with me for 2 weeks then refused to help further and told me to contact vinted. It’s a terrible disjointed process. That leaves the customer in limbo. If you want to help, I can supply tracking
