@Citi Legitimately just wasted 15 min of my life to find out the customer service number in the email is wrong, and I was accidentally rerouted to a business customer service according to the operator. She was useless. Your bank is useless. Your app is horrendous.

@Citi basically you promote that you’ll give x amount of dollars for minimums and lie and don’t give it. When I call customer service, they say there is no record of the promotion even though I have the email that specifically says ask about “Citibank 200 checking offer.”

@nyc311 Is a residential building allowed to block an entire parking lane to store material for construction? 3/4 of the parking lane on my street has been blocked for about a month. I’m inquiring about info/time limits for construction permit. Thanks.
