The latest March 2026 @NMC_IND circular on FMG compensation certificates is a massive step backward. By demanding retrospective "course extensions," the NMC is blatantly disregarding its own June 19, 2024 notification and the relief granted by the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

@NMC_BHARAT Here is the notice whether IMGs need to do supplement their online classes during Covid-19 pandemic. As per 30.09.2020 public notice,Nmc clearly stated that IMGs should supplement their online classes during pandemic with practical clinical training.

No IMG whether he is in final year/first year who undergone online during pandemic never undergone additional classes post pandemic but rather given Permanent registration to thousands of IMGs by SMCs post their graduation without any extension of their academic year nor produced a certificate of compensation of their online classes through practical /clinical training .,

BUT still no questions asked they advance in their carrers while FMGs are used as scape goats. Their is no IMG who is doing one more additional year of internship to least possible. This discrimination and inequality should end.
