@uTeeBaseball @Teacherman1986 Pretty epic!!

[Ken Rosenthal @Ken_Rosenthal]

I am so looking forward to this, and glad to see it getting the attention it deserves. Every one of these women is a star.

[The Athletic @TheAthletic]

Liam Castellanos — son of Reds outfielder Nick Castellanos — drew a photo of his dad and the @Reds sold it in the team store.

All proceeds will go to a local children’s charity of Liam’s choosing ❤️

Made this for one of my college guys working on timing:

When the tosser rocks/brings arm back, make it equivalent to the hand break of a pitcher.

Be sure to start the loading process EARLY so it’s complete by pitch release.

Get coiled/stretched and fused.

Quickness

[TheStrike.Zone @thestrikezoneut]

@coachjsoriano Pew pew! Nice!!! Going to try this tomorrow!

[Trey Hannam @TJHannam10]

Turner talking about his World Series adjustments to “swing when I wanted to swing”

• At end the day, I’d argue that has to be the most important. In a position to swing when you want to swing while anticipating speeds or zones

[Hunter Pence @hunterpence]

Walking around SF and the cheering in the streets is music to my ears...obviously the Rays won

[TheStrike.Zone @thestrikezoneut]

Great series!!! So fun to watch!

Create explosive force within a phone booth 💥

Spiral Tension with the upper torso. Swinging with the Back, not the Chest/Arms.

Moving forward, at least until we can do camps and go out, you're going to have to have Rapsodo, Blast, Hittrax, DK or any of the likes ALONG with game video to grab attention. We can watch AGL/streams BUT we have to know WHAT we are looking at and only hard numbers can show that

[Carlton Salters @CoachCSalt]

I'm going to make this as clear as I can. Data is apart of the evaluation process and there isn't a way around it anymore. This has been coming for sometime but COVID and the Dead Period has only accelerated this process.

[Kristine Botto-Drust @KBDrust]

Here’s the reality. If town softball goes away..so do the travel teams...so does softball. 4-8 year olds need to start somewhere. The teenagers you have now & the college players living their dreams... started out in rec/youth softball. Support it.. or lose the game. #thefuture

[TheStrike.Zone @thestrikezoneut]

Yes!

[Chez Angeloni @ChezWhizzz]

If you aren’t practicing in your room at night before you get into bed... You’re not that serious.

Get serious.
