@AlaskaAir Why aren't you telling us that (1) flights are delayed, (2) giving us updates from the crew about the flight status, at least whatever passengers are hearing, (3) giving us opportunity to call kids if they don't have a device?

I've been SO LOYAL to @AlaskaAir for THIRTY YEARS since moving to PDX and am absolutely astounded by the lack of care and communication while my unaccompanied 9 year old has been travelling with them today! Note I say "has been" because she STILL IS WITH THEM AT MIDNIGHT...

@AlaskaAir No way for parents to reach staff on ground at intl airport except hold queue on generic national 800 number. I know she is not the only unaccompanied minor landing after the desk agents leave for the night @AlaskaAir why aren't you making sure parents have a way to check in?

read online that someone set-up a premium rate phone number where callers get charged $3.99/ min. then they posted flyers in their neighborhood that said "call this number to report illegal aliens," but the number just puts them on hold with music. so far, they've made $17,000
