‘These vehicles are not designed or manufactured for highway use, do not meet federal safety standards, and generally cannot be registered with the DMV for street use’

‘Also, A 13 year old cannot legally ride one on a public street. To operate a motorcycle or motor driven cycle on a California highway you need a Class M1 license or a restricted instruction permit. The minimum age for a motorcycle instruction permit is 15½’

So there is no shared TV camera for those close-in presidential events

Thomas Sowell’s test says if the rich get rich by keeping the poor poor, then more billionaires should mean more poverty.

However, America has 902 billionaires and a poverty line most of the planet would call rich.

The extraction story predicts the opposite outcome. A country loaded with billionaires should grind its poor into the dirt, while a country with almost none should look better off.

Africa and the Middle East combined have under 150 billionaires, yet sub-Saharan Africa lives on a fraction of the $15,650 America counts as poor for a single person.

California union boss Lorena Gonzalez says billionaires shouldn’t exist, and her federation is backing Proposition 40, a 5% one time tax on any Californian worth over a billion.

Sowell’s standard demonstrates that the country with the most billionaires also built the highest floor for its poor, while California votes on the opposite theory this November.
