@rcb05 I think they could have used the same color/print for both the pants and helmet. I’d also change the jersey patch colors to match the camo color pallet
@AmandaMAtwell I think they should have kept the helmet and pants the same color. And they could have colored the sleeve patches the came colors as the camo.
@kaden_theag The root of hissing is simply being a “classy” fanbase. If you retain that class while booing, the core tradition still stands.
I say boo away, but don’t yell “f**k you” at every player on the other sideline or dugout. Remove the hiss, but keep the class.
@CBT_91@kaden_theag This take doesn’t take into account the other traditions we’ve done away with. They were what they were for a reason, but still ended.
The core tradition is displaying class. You can still display class while booing the opposing side rather than hissing. They’re not opposites
@NashTalksTexas On another note, field staff is the only student worker job that allows for overtime pay. So safe to say they’ll be fine with the extra hours once that direct deposit hits 😂
@NashTalksTexas I was a former A&M student groundskeeper as well (2023). Worst delay I was a part of was flooding in the outfield from overnight weather. That pushed the game from 1pm to 7pm. We did use those pillow sized sponges and a water pump to get the water out over the outfield wall.
@latorus_sermos@SocialNomadRach Apostolicae Sedis (1869) by Pope Pius IX effectively repealed what you’re mentioning.
It removed the distinction between “animated” and “unaminated” fetuses to be more theologically and medically consistent. Embryology and cell theory wasn’t as complete in the 1500s vs the 1800s
@HornSports The umps typically meet up with the game manager, field staff director, and the coaches to see what they think should happen. If they’re don’t reach a consensus, then they usually just let the game start and deal with a possible delay later on
@erich0811@SECUnfiltered The tradition is hissing instead of booing. But only the older ags and the ultra traditional want to keep it alive. I’d say the majority of the student body would rather boo.
@AngryCinnamonT@MarchMadnessMBB I thought about picking em. But seeing EVERYONE say that would be an upset made me think it’ll be one of those trap games. Still wasn’t not a bad pick. Again, I got lucky
