I’m not a customer. Spent hours calling, got bounced between departments, and no one could tell me why I wasn’t notified.

Your contractor says they only notify if YOU tell them to.

So… why didn’t you?

@AskFrontier I understand the process of the right of way of the easement. My concern and my post doesn’t say anything about damages or repairs, my post was about the fact that 1. I spent hours going no where 2. That you guys choose not to give me a courtesy heads-up about the construction.

Yesterday was the tenth anniversary of the deaths of John Crawford and Angela Williams due to a prank call. Today is the tenth anniversary of Ronald Ritchie not being punished for making a prank 911 call that led to the deaths of two people.
