.@JamesTalarico: I want to get back to the kind of capitalism we had in the middle of the 20th century in this country.

I want competition, but it’s got to be fair competition.

We’ve got to take on these monopolies, this consolidation, because again it’s fundamentally anti-capitalist.

Right now, our tax system literally taxes work more than it taxes wealth.

I’m advocating for a return to original capitalist principles where we actually reward work instead of wealth—an economy that creates fewer trillionaires and more millionaires.
