Leaked video from behind Charlie Kirk at the moment of the assassination. This is damning evidence for the prosecution’s case. There are black marks visible on Charlie’s hand after the projectile hit. This is evidence in favour of some kind of explosion, and is not conducive with a gunshot wound. How much evidence do people need to know for sure it was not Tyler Robinson with a .30-06?

Cut and dry? Multiple 911 calls that describe a man fleeing the scene that did not match the description of TR. An eyewitness video of a man on a roof dressed in what appears to be all black also not fitting TR’s description, a video the Feds never followed up on (but that we the public can clearly see), evidence that was lost during a transfer (referring to the 3 missing bullet fragments), the diameter of the bullet casing not measuring within what would be expected for a 30.06 bullet, conflicting descriptions from eye witnesses about who was seen driving a Challenger….did you even watch the preliminary hearing?
