The third and final panel of the day, titled "South Caucasus: Security Through Cooperation and Integration," featured extensive discussions. Panelists included Dr. Frederic Labarre, Jakob Hedenskog, Ahmad Alili, Ambassador Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, and Nodar Kharshiladze.

“Without the overarching aim of deterring Russia, the chances for political evolution in the EU are slim”, noted Ifantis.
