@eatpussynotpigs Omg this !! Need people to grasp that it doesn’t count if you’re ‘doing it for us’ since that has nothing to do with the actual philosophy of it & arguably would not make you a vegan .. 😶
I don’t know a single female who has not been inappropriately touched by a man . A touch that was never invited , sought, entreated or expected . Every one of my female friends has experienced this . This is not men-bashing . Just a simple truth .
this is just one example of how animal rights advocacy can intersect with indigenous rights. 91% of Amazon destruction that is destroying indigenous land & resources is caused by animal agriculture. our fights are often united.
While we’re talking about a shortage of CO2 to stun the 20 million chickens and 200,000 pigs the UK slaughters each week, it’s a good time to remember that each of those animals panics and gasps for breath before going unconscious. Isn’t it time we chose to eat something else?

OK, Twitter, look - it's time to have a talk. I've been seeing a lot of climate despair on here lately, and I understand it's cathartic to voice your deepest fears, but at this point in time, that despair is also a self-fulfilling prophecy. I work for an environmental charity- 1/
A lot more leftist aren't vegan because veganism requires actual change in almost every aspect of your life instead of just being outraged about something and posting about it.
