One of the best trading journals I've come across recently is #ProTradeJournal by @swapnilpawar_.
Over the past few years, we've seen many excellent products emerge from the Indian trading community. While several are still evolving, ProTradeJournal already stands shoulder to shoulder with many international alternatives. Most of its features are available even in the free version, and the paid plan is priced affordably enough for almost every trader.
Kudos to Swapnil for building such a world-class product. Instead of listing every feature here, I'd rather encourage you to try it yourself. I've shared the link below.
Also, this isn't a sponsored post. Nothing I recommend is, or ever will be, paid. I only put my credibility behind products I genuinely believe in. Swapnil gave me a demo account to test the platform, but he never asked me to write about it. I simply felt it was worth sharing a world-class product built by someone from our own Indian trading community with an audience that I believe will benefit from it the most.
I hope to see many more outstanding products from Swapnil, and from the Indian trading community as a whole.❤️

How to analyse Base Quality?
Most traders mistake every base with tightness on the right as a feasible setup❌

🚨 BREAKING: Microsoft just dropped an 18-episode series called "Generative AI for Beginners".
Ideal for beginners, developers, and AI enthusiasts looking to build a solid foundation.
Here’s a breakdown (Save this👇):🧵
If you are stuck, reinvent and recharge yourself.
You need fresh ideas and a fresh perspective to reinvent and retool your trading. Exposure to other setups and successful traders can help you do that.
When I attended the @Traders4ACause in Las Vegas last week, I saw various strategies and was exposed to various ways to extract money from the market. I learned a ton of new setup ideas to work on and add to my toolbox, develop new edges, and tweak some existing edges.
When listening to other traders' presentations and discussions, I saw that successful traders reinvent themselves multiple times before and after achieving success.
When things are not working for you, like buying breakouts, unless you are willing to reinvent an alternative way, just doing the same thing does not work.
In the same way, when successful with a setup, you can become complacent and start letting your edge get stale or deteriorate.
The more your mental pantry is full of ideas, the better it is to innovate. #T4AC24
Elite trading is a fine balance between:
1. Sitting on your hands and doing nothing stupid when there’s no clear edge.
2. Being fearlessly aggressive to press hard when the edge shows up.
Most traders’ struggles boil down to one or both of these.
Traders who are able to be patient during slow markets position themselves to capitalize on future opportunities.
Those who force trades during those periods won't be here to trade when the conditions change.
The mistakes that mostly break your confidence are the ones you make in awareness:
- You acknowledge that you shouldn't take profits but choose to follow your impulsive urge.
- You recognize that you're not in the best mental shape to trade, but you decide to do it anyway.
Afterward, when you truly analyze your behavior, it’s a real confidence break to see that you cannot trust yourself.
Without awareness, not much can be changed.
If you have that awareness and still decide to sabotage your trading principles, then that represents a bigger problem.
You're caught up in a cycle that looks like the one below, and when you realize you're not even capable of taking a trade.
Instead of feeling energized to start the session, you feel that it is a burden that stresses you out.
In reality, it's not really trading you're scared about but your lack of self-control.
I know it will be a great morning when:
1. I don't touch my phone until lunchtime
2. I focus on one thing at a time
3. I remove the "shoulds"
What key actions ensure you have a great morning?
