@AlaskaAir just another terrible experience. Flight gets diverted from SJC to Oakland because of a mechanical issue. I were sitting at the gate twiddling our thumbs. I just want to get off of the plane. I don’t need a “plan”. Just amateur hour
@Garmin I've got a 965 that I purchased 15 months ago. The battery is now dropping 60+% in under an hour when I run. Apparently my only option is to pay $160 to replace the device because the warranty is only 1 year. How can this be the right customer experience?
@AlaskaAir AS242 we were told we had to return to the gate for a mechanical issue. We have been sitting on the runway for 20 mins since, not moving. Idk what is the cause but we’ve got true incompetence going on here.
@AlaskaAir The choice made by your pilots is to put a sound over the loudspeaker that is absolutely tolerable as their excuse and whine about dinner. These pilots are a joke. Delays and maintenance issues happen. This flight crew should be ashamed.
