@BiltmoreEstate we drove 3 hours to Asheville. Paid for a hotel. And had a 3 PM tour scheduled. After waiting 1 hour and 17 minutes to get 1/2 mile and still unable to go through 19 stoplights as the front car in the stop light, we couldn't make our visit. I tried calling

@orangetheory Paid for a month & missed bc of surgery. No big deal. I try to cancel. They tell me to freeze that I can cancel at end no problem. Freeze is over & another surgery & having to pay for month that I can't use. $220 wasted. Wanted to sign back up later but ugh 😐

@Sephora you shipped me a new package bc you sent incorrect one before. Was supposed to be delivered by @LaserShip on Tues. Not delivered says "exception" and no tracking updates. There are numerous tweets about this same company with problems for Sephora. What gives?
