Actually, an insulin dependent diabetic provides a window into how different foods metabolize and the insulin requirements. If a diabetic requires a synthetic insulin injection to maintain a steady blood glucose after consuming a food, a nondiabetic is simply producing that insulin. Foods that require high doses of insulin will result in metabolic disease over time for both nondiabetics and diabetics. It is the excess insulin that should be limited and monitored by better food choices, which is easy for a diabetic to quantify.
@AlpacaAurelius False. Eat honey because you want to but it is not going to lower or stabilize blood glucose.
The perfect window into metabolism: A type 1 diabetic will require appropriate dosing of insulin to consume any amount of honey or suffer the consequences of a blood glucose elevation.

@adamhuver@TeslaBoomerMama -the comp package has an arbitrary dollar value because it was never about money.
-It is simply provided as a win-win incentive to Elon -company control and the shareholders-value add.
-this was negotiated not based on need but mutual agreement.
