@lyeemoon@rorygeo@mrmarkdolan@PoliceChiefs Some might consider the writer of the article you linked to “woke” given the write for a website which is the heir to a magazine called “Living Marxism” which had a bit of form on the genocide-denial front https://t.co/tyhQmA2rZ1
@lyeemoon@rorygeo@mrmarkdolan@PoliceChiefs Why would I not ask this question if I joined a quarter of a century ago and how do you know I didn’t? Don’t follow tbh. I’m also a serving officer- I just don’t write for websites like that! I don’t recognise those experiences of my purported colleague but fair go
@nikkijfox@Shrink_at_Large A big question may also be is follow up post missing episode. Spoke he’s like a s136. Was there appropriate assessment / transfer of care / follow up? Were there indicators of risk to others as well as to self?
@nikkijfox@Shrink_at_Large That’s all gravely worrying. Just thinking saying he called “begging for help” may be extrapolating too much. One thing which will be interesting is whether the call was “closed” or there were no units to deploy at that time and it was on the often very large list of outstanding
@rorygeo@AssocPCCs@PoliceChiefs Is there a mechanism by which interested parties can read your article without paying or is it other available to paying customers?
@npolicemonitor Hello there. Genuine question. If, let’s say, someone abducts a child, puts them in a van, and drives off, do you think a specially trained police driver should be able to pursue the van, or should this be banned?
@CllrGeorgiou @Councillorsuzie Two of the three reasons you provide to vote for Susan are about driving. What is Susan’s offer for people who use public transport, which appears to be a considerably less prominent theme in her campaign.
