The person who has done something for 30-90-365 days straight will simply be moving SO much faster than a person that is on or off.
Staying in this state for long periods is THE biggest factor to success. Every big result in life is impacted by the flywheel effect.
The BIGGER the goal the BIGGER the required flywheel (aka the harder it is to get to max speed).
If you can get the wheel up to top speed it semi easy to keep spinning and huge monster levels of progress is made.
If your constantly starting and stopping the flywheel are cutting your results down 90%. This is because you are constantly in a "getting up to speed" state. AKA hard work, slow progress, warming up mode. NEVER in full speed mode for long.
This I reason (along with staying in comfort zones) is why most people fail.
Most people crash every weekend (if not a few times a week). Today is the day that people take all their flywheel speed they built over the week and stick a wrench in it.
They eat/drink poison. They pick up their bad habits. They don't rest, they self destroy.
Then come Monday they are back to pushing a dead flywheel back up to speed.
This simply does not work.
Momentum compounds. A person who is 2 weeks in the groove is likely getting 10x more progress.
Imagine this in terms of points. That's 10 points daily VS 1 point daily.
Compound this for months or years and holy crap.
This Is Why You Must Learn To Protect Momentum At All Cost
Examine everything in your life that drains you are kills it.
Replace it.
Instead of drinking/eating/gaming Friday night...Get a massage, play a sport with people, taking a cooking/salsa class. Travel if you can.
You don't have to be working 24/7 BUT find things that speed you UP after you do them. Not make you crash OR stick in your head distracting you (gaming).
Simply doing this, then ensuring you PUSH everytime you get comfortable will almost guarantee you hit a whole other level of "you" through sheer output alone.
NOT doing this will almost GUARANTEE you stay where you are for years. You simply will not build up enough speed and your current life level will become like a sticky bug trap that gets harder and harder for you to "momentum" out of.
Keep this in mind. Reflect and remain at max speed.

Most people seem to be expecting about one more drop for #Bitcoin, between the prices of 21k - 23.5k.
Is it possible? Sure! But it now seems the most surprising scenario would be an upwards continuation.
It's not just that, you wouldn't believe the amount of people that are predicting another black swan for the cycle! Which... is an oxymoron by the way...
It seems there's a heavy case of recency bias. Sure, both of these things would be the case if this cycle played out exactly as the last, but a better question is, how could it be different?
I think there's a good chance that the bottom from the first early top (recent yellow circle) is in.

I feel crypto is setting up to explode to the upside ๐
As we know, the $DXY is often inversely correlated to crypto.
Meaning;
The $DXY goes down ๐
Crypto goes up ๐
(And vice versa).
The last few days, the $DXY has been heading upwards. However, I feel it is about to reverse.
If we zoom out to the Daily, it is clear the $DXY is in a downtrend.
We saw the initial move slow up with a bounce.
This was followed by a period of distribution where we formed a sequence of lower highs.
Eventually the support at around 100 broke down.
We formed gaps as bulls were exhausted.
In the last few days we have closed these gaps and retested the breakdown area.
If we hold here and form another lower high, I expect this trend to continue.
This is key for a crypto run to the upside ๐
