@CountyElDorado @kcranews Sweeney Bridge on N. Fork of Cosumnes River. This is exactly what happened in 1997! Sweeney Rd and Happy Valley Rd impassible for emergency access or evacuation of residents. Equipment needed to clear areas around edges of bridge to allow water a pathway out!
