Try to contact KTMB to solve acc registration problem for my dad, because it keep saying IC exist. KTMB replied said ask me wait dor the response without any estimated working day to solve a problem?

@fahmi_fadzil can u check Maxis, existing 30mbps customer, they not offer the upgrade, also no discount for 30mbps. Maxis force customer to sign 24month contract if wanna upgrade to 100mbps and need to pay extra RM10. If not, have to remain pay RM89
