Vo2 peak would be useful to appreciate a benefit but I think it is misleading to suggest max HR increase illustrates benefit. If anything a fall in HR relative to work done would suggest benefit

Wow! The recent results from #Radix by @fuserleer from @radixdlt testnet Cassandra are significantly faster (180k TPS, 3-4s finality) than competitors like #Injective by @injective (10k+ TPS, instant finality) or #SEI v2 by @SeiNetwork (28k TPS, <400ms finality). $INJ and $SEI might win in terms of finality, but $XRD's 4 seconds are still low enough for payment finalization taking into account the large amount of TPS. I'm sure there's room for optimizations to make it even faster.
