Honoured to join the launch of the Member State-led Borrowers' Platform at a critical moment for the international financial system.

This initiative strengthens the voice of borrower countries in global debt discussions, advances peer learning and improved debt management and provides a hub for technical expertise on legal and financing issues.

In the spirit of the Sevilla Commitment, it marks a critical step towards a more inclusive, development-oriented international financial architecture to deliver on the SDGs.
