The world's first modular DA layer, powered by light clients performing a validity proof based DAS mechanism, is just Stage 1 (Avail DA).

Let's explore the full vision of @AvailProject and how it aims to achieve its mission to unify Web3. 👇

Stage 2 a.k.a. Avail Nexus, is another key part of the overall @AvailProject architecture and acts as a verification hub that unifies rollups powered by shared sequencing and proof aggregation, using Avail DA as the ultimate root of trust.

In terms of design, Avail Nexus is a custom ZK coordination rollup built on top of Avail that consists of:

✦ Proof aggregation and verification layer
✦ Sequencer selection/slot auction mechanism

Nexus also submits the aggregated proof periodically to Ethereum and the @AvailProject DA layer for verification, where a custom module within Avail DA verifies the aggregate proof.

The Nexus layer is key to enable a seamless UX across rollups, regardless of whether users are interacting with a single network, navigating multiple rollups within the @AvailProject ecosystem, or even chains beyond.

This evidences @AvailProject's ambitious mission to become this primary coordination layer for verifiable (rollup-based) computation.

However, for @AvailProject to become this Web3 coordination layer, it needs to be extremely secure. This goes for the crypto-economic guarantees as well as the cryptographic ones, which ultimately define the Avail ecosystem.

To cater to that, @AvailProject is developing Fusion Security (Stage 3), which takes the native assets of the most mature ecosystems such as $BTC, $ETH, $SOL & more, allowing them to contribute to the Avail consensus as staking assets.

Not only that, but Avail Fusion also allows rollup tokens in the ecosystem to play a role in securing the base layer, adding additional utility to the tokens of projects building on @AvailProject.

The TL;DR on Fusion is:

✦ Allows the Avail base chain to incorporate non-native tokens alongside $AVAIL to secure the Avail platform.

✦ Provides increased security and added utility for tokens of rollups built on Avail.

✦ Will help bring and lock more liquidity from other blockchains into the Avail ecosystem.

Putting the pieces of the puzzle together, @AvailProject is a comprehensive and extremely secure platform that provides a single-UI that allows users to easily manage all their assets across various blockchains. Powered by cross-chain intents, users just sign an intent to seamlessly execute transactions across the entire ecosystem (and beyond).

This is powered by Avail Nexus and its support for asynchronous message passing. A system which communicates with other chains across the ecosystem to fulfill the user's request, ensuring a smooth & efficient web3 user experience.

@AvailProject = Unification.

As for the $AVAIL token, it stands at the center of the Unification layer, acting as a key staking asset and as token for fee payments.

This one will be absolutely huge anon and I expect this to evolve into a thriving ecosystem of interoperable, application- and vertical-specific execution layers quickly, which will drive an airdrop narrative similar to the one we have seen with $TIA and $DYM.

With $TIA as the main reference in terms of comparable FDV, I expect $AVAIL to trade between $5B-$10B FDV quickly, swiftly surpassing $10B once airdrop sell pressure is gone.

Good for $AVAIL holders that $TIA is gaining some momentum here again.

Technologically speaking, @AvailProject's vision is even more comprehensive though and as more products are shipped to make the unification of Web3 a reality, it is not unlikely to expect Avail to overtake Celestia in terms of valuation at some point. With the leading/pioneering role within the modular narrative that @CelestiaOrg has, this will take a while though.
