@JioCare Jio AirFiber has been extremely slow and unstable for weeks, worse in the last 3-4 days. Multiple complaints to local support and customer care, but no resolution. Paying premium charges for poor service. Please resolve ASAP.

@IndiaPostOffice Issue still unresolved. Khukurdaha SO Post Master delayed my file for 50 days, blaming "election duty". Due to this negligence, my revalidated PPF DD expired for a 2nd time! My savings are stuck.

Hi @IndiaPostOffice, I applied to transfer my PPF from ICICI Bank to PO at Khukurdaha SO (721641). It's been 45 days but the Post Master hasn't processed it or given any update. Please look into this. Raised complaint in grievance. Complaint Ref ID: 2297331451

I paid advance loan installment but it's not reflecting. Account statement is showing that the amount got refunded but I haven't received. Don't scam people. I'm not able to reach customer care also.
