It’s been litigated and stonewalled by GOP since and dems have never gotten close to 60 votes again but that’s probably all news to you

@SweeneyDavid24 @SpiritofLenin @POTUS You missed 2008 Heller decision by SCOTUS regarding gun control laws in your time lime which was also the last time the democrats held enough votes to get past the filibuster to pass any legislation on the matter not to mention that not all 60 supported it…

There is no deals to be made with republicans on guns because that would cut off one of their biggest donors. Deals have tried to be made for 20 years now and no concessions have been made on the other side
