I saw a pattern in kids when they come back from school.

In summers, they’re cranky, tired, and complaining of headaches.

I studied this last year, and this was my observation:

Parents send their kids to school in the morning with a water bottle and feel they’ve done their part.

When the PT period starts, the bottle is either forgotten back or the water has turned warm. Kids don’t feel like drinking warm water, so they avoid it. Also, in general, kids don’t drink enough water because they simply don’t like it. Warm water makes it even worse.

Not all schools have water coolers, and younger kids usually won’t make the effort to refill. Their awareness around hydration isn’t like an adult’s.

And even when they do drink, plain water isn’t enough in 42°C heat, especially in North Indian cities.

Kids lose meaningful fluids and electrolytes during heat and play. They lose sodium, potassium, and magnesium. Water alone doesn’t replace these.

You’re looking at low fluid intake plus sweat loss.

And sweat isn’t just water. It’s primarily sodium.

That’s what leaves them tired, cranky, and dehydrated.

It’s an electrolyte problem.

Anita's daughter had studied at a private school in Hyderabad for 6 years.

In 2022, Anita got a job transfer. Needed a Transfer Certificate to admit her daughter in a new city.
The school said: Pay the "development donation" first. ₹75,000.

Her daughter missed the admission deadline at the new school.

Anita filed a complaint with the District Education Officer. Then consumer court.

The court said: A Transfer Certificate is a child's right. No school can withhold it for any payment — voluntary or otherwise. This is extortion.

School ordered to issue the TC immediately. Pay ₹50,000 compensation. Pay ₹15,000 legal costs.

They held a child's future hostage for ₹75,000.

Never ever take a travel policy from @policybazaar

I took a @CareHealthIndia travel policy from Policybazaar.

My flight from Dubai got delayed by more than 4 hours (Jan 2026).

I put in a claim as > 4 hours delay, a compensation was to be paid as per policy document.

And then the nightmare started. They asked for some docs, which I sent. Policybazaar RM follows up. They keep calling that Care Insurance requires more docs. I tell them it is too much an hassle and I don't want to pursue the claim. But they pursue me to send the docs and they will do the followup with Care. Policybzaar keeps calling and I do give the docs. All that are required. As claim amount is not worth the docs they keep on asking everytime, I decide not to pursue.

Care keeps asking for already sent documents. Policybazaar has no clue. Each time different RM calls. I tell them don't call me. But I keep getting calls. And Care keeps sending mails and SMS asking for docs already submitted.

It seems Care doesn't want to pay. Fine, I have learnt my lession. I will never buy again from Care and Policybazaar.

I don't want the claim. Stop the harassment. Please don't call me again.

In Surat, these people have been living in society for more than 20 years.
- They bought the land/house in 2004. At that time, there was no reservation or TP scheme.
- They paid property tax regularly.

And suddenly, in 2022 government officers came with a notice to demolish the house, saying that it falls under TP Scheme 49, 50, or 51, or under reservation.

If there was no reservation in 2004, then how did the house suddenly come under reservation in 2022?

They have complained to the Mayor, Corporator, CM, MLA, and other officers with more than 500 written letters, but there has been no response yet.

And if the land was already under reservation, why did the authorities collect property taxes from the owners for so many years?

Something suspicious is going on.
