Remitly on their stablecoin play at earnings today:
- Lets international customers hold a less volatile currency (USD) in their Remitly Wallet
- Give customers the option to now send those funds to anyone in the world with a wallet
- Enables customers to offramp via bank, in person pickup, or door to door delivery (i.e. the Dominican)
- Interestingly, Remitly also leveraging stables at a corporate level for FX, treasury, and cash management
$LLY data isn't nearly as bad as market seems. Seems like oddity on trial dropout and even though weight loss vs $NVO was lower, the highest dose also was lower.
Increasing $IRM as % of portfolio here. Don't really get this sell-off besides the earnings miss. Thesis still largely holding.
Added at $90.30 -- Now at 4.1% of port.
Doing some catch up from limits that hit over past few days.
Long'd $LLY over two purchases. 75% size. Avg price $805
Added to $DGX (avg price now $171.60, 75% position size) and $LH (avg price $240.17, 25% position)
- Long'd across 2 purchases at $3.10 avg cost for 1% of NAV total
- Looks like acquisition is $4.04/share upfront with upside to $12.37/share
- Market seems to be settling around $6/share right now but will hold.
