I ll tell you my story. I was from the first set of students who joined Engineering colleges without entrance exams. I did not know much English then. There were a bunch of underprivileged kids like me in the college. My college @wekceians took care of Tamil medium students like me, organised special classes for us. Our fellow classmates helped each other to overcome our fear for the English language. Eventually, we all became better together. That is how well meaning students behave in colleges. Bullying is the language of low confidence thugs who can’t excel in anything other than bullying.
