Dear world,
One day this war will end.
And millions of Ukrainians will finally sleep
without listening for explosions.
That day will feel like a miracle.

Eight civilian homes and two rice barns were destroyed after junta troops set fire to parts of Sit Pyal Village, Launglon Township, Dawei District, Tanintharyi Region, according to local residents. Monastery buildings were also damaged by artillery shelling during the fighting.
In the early morning of June 3, resistance joint forces ambushed a junta column advancing from Launglon Town toward Sit Pyal Village. The clash later escalated into intense fighting, lasting for more than four hours from around p.m. until after p.m.
After the fighting, junta soldiers set fire to homes near the road junction and along the lower main road in the eastern part of Sit Pyal Village.
“Four houses on the eastern lower road were burned down. Houses along the main road were destroyed by fire. Two rice barns were also burned,” said a local resident.
In total, eight civilian homes in the eastern part of the village and two rice barns were completely destroyed. The rice barns reportedly contained around 1,000 baskets of rice, leaving affected families without both shelter and stored food supplies.
During the fighting, artillery shells also struck the monastery compound, damaging monastery buildings.
Families whose homes were burned down are now sheltering with relatives and in monasteries. Junta troops began withdrawing from Sit Pyal Village on the night of June 3. As of the morning of June 4, their whereabouts remained unknown.
Although the column withdrew from Sit Pyal Village, military tensions have continued across southern Launglon Township since May 22. Thousands of residents from around ten villages remain displaced due to ongoing fighting, shelling, and fear of further junta attacks.
Displaced villagers said they have been forced to abandon their farms, plantations, livestock, and small businesses in order to seek safety elsewhere. Many families are now facing growing uncertainty over food, shelter, income, and when they will be able to return home safely.

Myanmar 🇲🇲: images of the massacre in Pakokku are too gruesome to share unfiltered but it is clear dozens have been killed. 49 based on the latest report.
Another brutal crime by the junta.
The military regime has reportedly massacred more than 40 civilians including children, women and monks during a 20-day scorched-earth campaign in Magwe Region’s Pakokku Township within sight of the UNESCO heritage town of Bagan.

The harsh reality is that you will be seeing more of these New World Screwworm (NWS) confirmations every 24-72 hours for the next few months—it’s really tragic
What’s more tragic is that that USDA had plenty of time to act in the last 15 months to minimize and even prevent this crisis from unfolding —it’s just where we are
However, we stand by the assertion that there are certain actions the USG could take right now that would minimize impact, and we pray the Administration takes them as soon as possible
So we’re going to stress a few points:
1. The beef that you eat is safe. Period.
— NWS infests LIVE warm blooded animals, it DOES NOT affect raw or cooked meat
— best thing you can do right now is find a local producer and support them
2. If you are a pet owner, practice vigilant wound care
— check regularly for open wounds, doctor them, keep them covered up, especially if you spend a lot of time outdoors
3. If you are a producer, you probably already know this, keep a closer eye on your herd and keep in close contact with your vet
— we have faith that the ranching community knows their herd better than anyone else, and that they will be extra vigilant monitoring and doctoring during this crisis
— early detection and treatment is key
— your vet will have the most updated information and treatment protocols available
4. If you need help, don’t ever hesitate to reach out to us. We’re not experts, but we can do what we can to inform or point you in the right direction
We love this country deeply and hate to see it suffer, but we believe in the resilience of American people
God bless you all and stay safe out there 🇺🇸

As US policy shifts toward realpolitik and strategic interests, the Min Aung Hlaing regime is betting renewed lobbying efforts can help rebuild ties with Washington.

Horrifying moment of russian drone strike on bus stop in Zaporizhzhia‼️
At least 2 people killed, at least 15 reported injured.
Bastards! Bloody terrorists!
BREAKING: USDA confirms 2 additional cases of New World Screwworm in Texas
A calf in La Salle County in South Texas
A dog in Andrews County in north west Texas on the border of New Mexico
Delaying a drone deal with Ukraine seems indefensible. Just plain dumb. In my 10 trips, & work on SASC, I’ve watched Ukraine develop the world’s leading drone technology, with operating techniques that defy defenses. Witness the attacks deeper into Russia like St. Petersberg. 1/
@JaguarsHavePaws I love it!! I did not know it was TWICE! 🔥 NAFO should be enormously proud! 😍 We were awarded the only Letter of Gratitude given to an international cyber warfare team by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Not nearly as cool but we fight together for Ukraine's Victory over russia! 🇺🇦

“I kept this photo so that when Nestor grows up, I can show him what his mother went through, and what hundreds of thousands of women with children across the country go through. To show him exactly why we hate russians.”
Those who can’t understand the sentiment should try sleeping like this for 4 years.
The junta regime's army, operating from the Myaing military industrial complex 2, has committed egregious acts against the inhabitants of Watpaokpyituh village in Myaing township, Magway division, Myanmar.
China’s toxic resource exploitation in Myanmar’s borderlands dominated headlines this week, as did Washington’s sudden realization that it has jettisoned its own leverage in Myanmar.

The junta regime's army, operating from the Myaing military industrial complex 2, has committed egregious acts against the inhabitants of Watpaokpyituh village in Myaing township, Magway division, Myanmar.
The junta's armed force has systematically ransacked and looted the village, burning down at least 45 homes, leaving countless families vulnerable and displaced.
Since June 2, 2026, the junta's military operations have started, with reports confirming that an additional 24 houses have been set on fire in the nearby Kungywa village.
Watpaokpyituh village stands as a stark representation of the junta regime's brutal tactics, particularly in the context of the devastating civil war that erupted in March 2021 following the military coup in February 2021.
