@RoyalMailHelp I rearranged the delivery for the next day with the same preference and also to ensure that it would be delivered, I order another identical package with different delivery instructions saying to leave it in a safe place. On top of all of this… I also left a note on the door

@RoyalMailHelp I ordered a parcel from Asos on Wednesday the 19th and payed £9.95 for next day delivery. I knew I was not able to be in for the delivery so I changed my preference to leave with a neighbour. This was not done, and the neighbour was in at the time and was not contacted

This is my third tweet, as well as multiple messages on other platforms trying to get some form of response from @easyJet about a severely delayed flight. I guess I have no choice but to take this further to the CAA? Any advance would be much appreciated?

@easyJet I can not believe the shocking customer survive from your airline. I have tried to contact you on multiple platforms on multiple occasions with no response. My flight was severely delayed and I just need some assistance with this!!
