Only old mushin born will understand how Toba and his people actually terrorised people those days, too many chaos and lives lost in Mushin fadeyi. The hunter has now been hunted lol
The shocking thing for me is not that this happens in Lagos, but that this doesn't happen all over the country. Because I do not think it is normal to casually drive a Lamborghini through one of the poorest places in the world and expect that everything should be fine.
One of the problems in the north of nigeria for example is that thieves and the children of thieves feel far too comfortable flaunting their wealth in close proximity to people facing extreme poverty caused by corruption. There are too many people who accept their lot in life as something destined by god, instead of something completely man made. Too many remnants of feudalist culture there.
Like I always say, the day poor people in Nigeria actually grow the balls to rise up (or get frustrated enough to react) and reject their condition, it will touch everyone, from the actual thieves and their friends to the ones who just happen to be lucky enough to afford a livelihood, honest or otherwise.
