Dear @RBI@FinMinIndia , can a bank allow 9 consecutive online transfers to a 3rd party without a single OTP, even after blocking the card? My @DCBBank@Niyo account was debited fraudulently. Complaint already filed with cyber cell. Who is accountable?

@KotakBankLtd Have an existing Platinum card. Applied for 1 add-on card for my daughter studying abroad. Almost after 4 months and 4 follow-ups with customer care, nothing has moved! @kotakcares or who cares?
@HDFCERGOGIC What response are you looking for? The issue here was and still is that your customer care keeps calling for renewal much before its due date! I am aware of the renewal process and it will happen in due course. Kindly stop this harassment by incessantly calling!

Worst #FASTag by @parkplus_io@IDFCFIRSTBank Even after recharging before travel on #NH24 the toll meter showed blacklisted. Had to recharge twice just to avoid blaring car horns and embarrassment, again it didn't work as the app doesn't function properly!!

@OLX_India Scams are happening in this portal! Paid twice for a single posting towards housekeeping job for my cottage near #haldwani. They declared it as 'sold' on their own and there is no way they can be contacted! Reporting this issue to the cyber crime cell. Disgusting!
