If young innovators are expected to build solutions that create jobs and solve real problems, the funding and support ecosystem must become more accessible, transparent, and responsive. Innovation cannot thrive when access to opportunity is this difficult.
I'm currently raising funding for Syntonia, and my experience has been frustrating. Many of the public and private organizations established to support startups are either unresponsive, have inaccessible application processes, or provide no feedback at all.
The losses were still real, but so was my faith. I restrategized, and kept believing God anyway. That experience made me realize that many atheists may not have lost faith because they never cared, some probably cared deeply and were simply wounded by pain they couldn’t explain.
I used to wonder how some people lose faith in God, until life pushed me to a point where disbelief actually sounded reasonable. I lost the four biggest deals of my life, deals that could have completely changed my story. What hurt the most was that none of them even told me...

@jideayegbusi It’s funny, but that’s actually been the case for a long time. It’s just more obvious now. A lot of what we see as “news” has always had some level of sponsorship or influence behind it, we’re just paying closer attention these days.
