@virginmedia I bought a full tv, broadband & mobile package in Dec, but I'm getting nowhere with the 2 extra TV boxes because of your processes. I haven't had my sim card. I've had 2 engineers visit & others visit for external work. But you can't seem to be able to correct a simple error.

@virginmedia I am deeply sad by the service and support I have had in trying to switch from @skytv to you. I have been with @skytv for over 20 years and appear to have made a grave error in switching. You are getting the basics wrong, & seen keen to let me go than fix you process
