I recently placed an order via AmazonNow and there were two products missing and I raised this with the delivery partner who asked me to raise it on app. I chose item missing and raised a request but it chose a return request. Item wasn’t delivered in 1st place.

I raised a case for a product that wasn’t delivered but marked as delivered on 12th Apr. I raised a query and it says you will solve and reattempt delivery by 14th Apr.

Tracking shows delivered on 12th and I must have repeated the process 4-5 times. No updates yet

Has Flipkart started selling refurbished products as new products ?
Such malpractices will only bring you down.

Has anyone else received a non working refurbished product from Flipkart ?
Since how long is this practise in place ?

There is no response from you on DM.

You sent a refurbished product.
LG technician gave a job sheet confirming it’s a defective product in 4 days from delivery.
With that an exchange request was accepted and later rejected.

My wife bot a microwave frm Flipkart.
It didnt work even once
Raised the issue, FK asked to raise with vendor. Vendor technician visited and said the product is defective and asked to raise for replacement with FK.

FK raises exchange and rejects after few days

1. Amazon delivers a wrong product 4th May
2. I ordered a return immediately , Amazon agent doesn’t turn up and updates the status as attempted on 6th May
3. My friend leaves the country
