Hot take after today’s AI event:

A lot of people say, “I’m building in AI.”

Cool… but building what?

Who’s the customer?
What problem are you actually solving?
How do you know it’s a real pain point?
And why does it even need AI instead of good software?

I think we’ve reached a point where saying you’re “building in AI” isn’t enough anymore.

The interesting part isn’t the AI.
It’s the value you’re creating for real people.
