That’s what I received from @bistrobyblinkit.

Ordered Dal Makhani Rice Bowl & Sambhar Rice Bowl (Order ID: ORD95925066370, 12 April). The packaging had visible black fungus, and the dal makhani had white worms inside.

This isn’t a small mistake — this is a serious food safety failure.

Customer care says: “Not intentional.”

Negligence doesn’t become acceptable just because it’s “not intentional.”

This could have seriously impacted my health. Yet, no full refund was issued.
