@1mgOfficial Just now Aarthi scans delivered the pending USG film.Appreciate Faizan's follow up till closure of my complaint with this 3rd party vendor of 1mg .Truly great customer service to listen & understand the issue patiently yesterday and to provide the right out of the box solution.

@GodrejAppliance Yes the coil was replaced yesterday and AC is working fine. But this type of a defect is not expected in first 3 years. Have used Sharp,Voltas, Lloyd ACs and coil replacement would come only after 3 years of use.Product team needs to increase the copper coil thickness.
@GodrejAppliance call no D2609254258 for new split ac bought 5 months back. Technician diagnosed as Coil needs replacement . Really poor quality of copper coil it seems. Need prompt replacement under warranty ,please help.
