The folks at @airtelindia are such crooks. They have disabled direct customer care contact via their IVR calls for Wi-Fi so you just sit there praying to God that your Wi-Fi gets fixed and they don’t even refund you for the days lost. Because to request a refund you need to speak to customer care!

On this episode of #HyderabadRains, the lower roads under the Rai Durg flyover are submerged in at least 1ft of water. This is outrageous! While the government obsesses over flashy projects, our streets drown. Hyderabad traffic becomes 5x worse just with a little rain. Drainage systems need significant improvement in planning.
